主讲人介绍:
Dr. Junling Huang is a Philomathia Fellow at Berkeley Energy & Climate Institute (BECI). He directs the BECI-China Project which seeks to address China’s energy and climate challenges by bringing science and technology into the design of public policy. From 2014 to 2016, he was a postdoctoral scholar at Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, John F. Kennedy School of Government. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Harvard University in 2014. His thesis research investigated the prospects for wind in a climate-friendly energy future. He earned a B.S. from School of Physics, Peking University in 2009.
