内容简介:
IT Demand Management deals with a crucial question that needs to be answered frequently in a company: how much should a company invest in information technology? There are frequent opportunities in an organization to apply technology, i.e. ideas, initiatives, or requirements for implementing information technology appear frequently with the purpose of improving operations, processes, or decisions in an organization. Thus, in every area of a company people develop or communicate ideas for implementing technology, and in this way generate requirements. Which of these requirements should be approved and implemented? And which should be rejected? Companies should implement a methodology to make these decisions, thus defining how much money should be invested in information technology. The purpose of the lecture is to explain some proposed methodologies to make these decisions inside an organization.
