主讲人简介:
Fang Lee Cooke (PhD, University of Manchester, UK) is Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Asia Studies at Monash Business School, Monash University, Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. Her research interests are in the areas of strategic HRM, knowledge management and innovation, outsourcing, international HRM, diversity and inclusion management, employment relations, migrant studies, HRM in the healthcare sector, digitalization and implications for employment and HRM; climate change, energy transition and the future of work; Sustainable Development Goals and the role of multinational firms. Fang is the recipient of the Dean’s Award for PRME Research Excellence (2018) and the Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (2011), Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University, Australia. She was also a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Scheme) Visiting Professor, Georg-August-Universität Goettingen, Germany (2016). Fang Lee Cooke is a panel member, of the United Nations Environment Programme-International Sciences Council (UNEP-ISC), Foresight Expert Panel (2023-2024).
报告内容简介:
This seminar outlines main developments in the HRM field, including thematic interests, contemporary tensions and challenges being addressed in the top HRM journals. The presentation also highlights key issues to be aware of in making a successful submission and publication in top human resource management (HRM) journals. The speaker will draw on personal experience as an author, reviewer and editor of various journals and share lessons learned to help participants increase their chances of publishing in the top HRM journals. This seminar will be an interactive one in which the participants have opportunities to share their research, views and experience, as well as asking questions.
