主要研究领域:组织里的情绪,包括情绪对领导力、工作态度、团队合作的影响。还从事情绪和企业家精神以及情绪和风险决策等的研究。目前已经在情绪管理领域发表10余篇SSCI期刊文章,3篇英文书章
