朱斌
朱斌,江苏南京人. 东南大学博士,清华大学博士后,新加坡国立大学访问学者. 现就职于澳门永利唯一官网304、澳门永利唯一官网304长三角研究院(嘉兴),长聘副教授,特别研究员,博士生导师. 现担任北理工长三院数字经济创新研究中心嘉兴负责人、之江科技智库数字经济与智能决策基地主任、嘉兴市数字经济与数据运营重点实验室主任、北理工长三院数字经济治理实验室主任、嘉兴市科教文卫智库专家、嘉兴市科协代表等.
研究兴趣为智能决策、大数据与人工智能、神经管理学等. 以一作/通讯作者在FMS A类、中科院大类TOP类等期刊发表论文20余篇,谷歌学术论文被引3900余次. 入选2022、2023全球前2%顶尖科学家、中国科协优秀中外青年交流计划,获得江苏省优秀博士论文、中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文奖. 担任30余种国际主流刊物审稿人,作为负责人主持国家自科、国家社科等国家级课题3项,获省部级奖励和重要批示5项.
课题组依托之江科技智库数字经济与智能决策基地(省部级)、嘉兴市数字经济与数据运营重点实验室(A类)等高能级科创平台,拥有千万级算力资源和地市级海量城市数据,以解决实际问题为导向,以智能决策技术为核心,结合数据运营、基层社会治理、数字经济治理、数字健康、数字农业等场景开展理论与应用研究。
