Introduction:
Center for Innovation Methods Research and Promotion, affiliated with the School of Management and Economics, was founded in 2015. Professor Hou Guangming is director of the center.
Since 2008, under the academic leadership of Professor Hou Guangming, research team of the center has dedicated to studyingin the fields of basic theory of innovation methods, system integration and promoting application of innovation methods, as well as development of computer-aided innovation system and etc. It has undertaken 5 national and provincial-level research subjects on innovation methods and promoting application (Four of them has been finished), as well as published 4 books and more than 30 related academic papers. The center has trained more than 10 postgraduates and won the provincial Science and Technology Awardonce. A series of theoretical and practical achievements have laid a solid foundation for the center’s innovation methods research.
The Center is committed to promoting application of innovation methods. In addition, it has provided staff training on innovation methods application practice forChina Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, China North Industries Group, China aviation planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd, and Beijing Institute of Technology Youth League, which has got good effect.
