On November 18th, [Mingli Lecture Hall, 2020, No. 32] Fortunately, Mr. Dou Yifan, an associate professor of the Department of Information Management and Information Systems, School of Management, Fudan University, brought you the title "How Mega is the Mega? Measuring the Spillover Effects of" Wechat Using Graphic Model" academic report. In the report, Teacher Dou Yifan first introduced the clickstream data of China's mobile phone application market, and derived the spillover effect of the interaction between APPs from the data. After that, the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) model and the econometric model are introduced to estimate the spillover effect. Finally, Teacher Dou discussed with everyone the importance of the research in this article. The new DAG causal inference method proposed in the article is a new method, which extends the econometric method. At the end of the lecture, Teacher Dou introduced his doctoral experience in detail to everyone, and also provided many suggestions on the study and life of doctoral students, such as exploring new areas and actively practicing expressive skills. The students benefited a lot.
