On December 29, [Mingli Lecture Hall 2021 Issue 71] was honored to invite Associate Professor Guan Haoguang from China Europe International Business School to give an academic report entitled "The Impact of Sexual Harassment on Victimized Employees' Work and Family". Dr. Guan Haoguang is an Associate Professor of Management at China Europe International Business School. Dr. Kwan graduated from Drexel University with a Ph.D. in Organization and Strategy. In addition, he holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a master's degree in Global Business and Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Kwan's research areas focus on work-family balance, training, leadership, and deviant behavior.
