　　On the afternoon of December 20, 2018, Professor Li Jianbin from the School of Management of Huazhong University of Science and Technology was invited to visit the School of Management and Economics. On the third floor of the main building, he gave an academic report titled “Optimization of Duopoly Market Allocation Mechanism and Practice and Application in B2C and B2B” . The report was hosted by Associate Professor Zhong Hua of the Department of Management Science and Logistics, and a number of teachers and students from the School of Management and Economics attended the report.

　　Professor Li Jianbin introduced his main research achievements in supply chain management, that is, by considering the double-layer competition situation at the supply level and the market level, he got the opposite conclusion from the previous literature using the distribution mechanism to manage the downstream supply chain competition, and a fixed allocation factor mechanism has been devised that covers other mechanisms from the perspective of suppliers and supply chains. Further the report considered the optimization of the distribution mechanism based on capacity constraints and multidimensional competition in the independent market (Berchuande competition): suppliers are not sensitive to which distribution mechanism is adopted. Finally, taking the No. 1 shop, Zall Holding Group and Zhuozhi cross-border e-commerce as examples, the distribution mechanism and the practice and application of WMS system were analyzed.

　　After the report, Professor Li Jianbin also shared his valuable experience in academic research, cooperation with top international scholars, and consulting for enterprises.
