On October 16,2020, Yuan Xixi, Department of Management Engineering, School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology brought the academic report entitled "Research on related optimization issues based on sustainable operation ". The moderator is Professor Wang Ke, Department of Management Engineering, School of Management and Economics, and the organizer is the Center for Scientific Research and academic Exchange.

Teacher Yuan Xixi first introduced the concept and content of operation and supply chain management. Then two researches in operation and supply chain management were introduced in detail. The two research problems are customized product supplier selection optimization and price sensitive product advertising strategy optimization. Through the detailed introduction of the research paper, the students understand the general process of modeling, optimization and decision making in the field of operation and supply chain management. Finally, teacher Yuan Xixi introduced the concept of sustainable supply chain, and analyzed the sustainable supply chain in system sustainability, stability and fairness and other specific issues. In addition, Miss Yuan also raised an open question of whether there is synergy or trade-off between intelligent manufacturing, digital economy and sustainable supply chain.
