On the evening of October 29th, Professor Hao Ying from the School of Economics and Business Administration of Beijing Normal University was invited to "Air Pollution and CEO Cross-regional Turnover: The academic report on Evidence from Leaving and Arriving" Due to the impact of the epidemic, this report was conducted online. Teachers, masters and doctoral students from the School of Management and Economics attended this report.
In the report, Professor Hao Ying took the unique topic selection process of this research as the entry point, and introduced his research content on air pollution and CEO cross-regional mobility in detail from the aspects of research questions, literature review, hypothesis proposal, empirical analysis, heterogeneity test and so on. At the same time, Professor Hao Ying also introduced the differences in writing methods and characteristics between this discipline and other disciplines, as well as the matters for attention in submitting papers to foreign journals, based on her own feelings, which gave a lot of inspiration to teachers and students attending this seminar.
