On April 15, 2022, Associate Professor Wang Aimin of the Institute of Digital Manufacturing of Beijing Institute of Technology was invited to give an online lecture entitled "Digital Lean Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises". Wang Aimin is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Digital Manufacturing of our school, a doctor of mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University, a postdoctoral fellow in control science and engineering, a senior member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, and a member of the consulting expert group of the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology Sub-center of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.

In this lecture, Mr. Wang Aimin fully demonstrated the teaching mode combining theory and practice, and put forward a systematic solution to the digital transformation of enterprises. Through the analysis of the pain points of enterprises, he introduced the concepts of MES and APS, and explained them in detail. effect on the business. The lecture also mentioned practical knowledge points such as lean production, 6 types of waste, and automated production line business.
