Long-term engaged in system science, organizational science, innovation theory and method, decision theory and method research. He has published more than 30 monographs or textbooks, presided over 58 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, won 8 scientific and technological awards above the provincial and ministerial levels, such as the Beijing Science and Technology Award, the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, published more than 200 academic papers and won many awards, many of which were retrieved by SCI、EI.
Introduction:
Combined with the long-term research practice and related achievements of the reporter on the organizational management system, on the basis of summing up the development of the organizational management practice in China in the new era, this paper puts forward the demands of the integration, transcendence and Sinicization of the organizational management theory in the new period. This paper introduces the revolutionary influence of system science on the theory of organization management, puts forward the research of organization management system with Chinese characteristics, and explains the research starting point, research object, research method, research content and so on. The theoretical framework system of organizational management system is constructed, and the five principles of organizational management system and the corresponding management practice criteria are introduced.
