Speaker Profile:
Yin Ximing, Bachelor of Economics, Tsinghua University, Ph.D. in Management (co-trained by the National Fund for Studying Abroad and Cornell University), Special Associate Research Fellow, Assistant Professor, Master's supervisor, Department of Technical Economics and Strategic Management, School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. He mainly engaged in innovation economics, technological innovation management, and translational research. Recently he participated in more than 10 projects including the European Union "Horizon" program, national natural science and social science major projects as well as the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, Germany BASF、China aerospace science and technology, Huawei, Zhongji, Gree, Beijing Oriental, Geely and other enterprises and institutions.
He has ublished more than 40 papers in leading domestic and international journals in the field of technological innovation management as first or corresponding author, as well as in top conferences such as AOM and ICIS.
Introduction:
This lecture focuses on the theme of "Evolution, Trends and Prospect of China's Innovation Management Research Paradigm ". Firstly, the main international innovation paradigm and its localization research results are critically reviewed from the two dimensions of dual innovation and non-dual innovation. Secondly, through bibliometrics and visual analysis ,30 important management journals identified by the Natural Fund Committee are taken as the object of analysis. The annual evolution of technological innovation management research since the founding of New China, the distribution of journals, the main scholars (research teams) and their cooperative networks, and the research focus at different stages are systematically and quantitatively discussed. Finally, the main trends and research hotspots of innovation management in the new era are prospected, which provides enlightenment for speeding up the theory and practice of innovation management in China.
