Liu Peide, Dean of School of Management Science and Engineering, Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Professor II, PhD supervisor. He has been awarded the titles of Leading Talents of the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan, National Candidates of the Hundred Million Talents Project, National Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contribution, Cultural Masters and Four Batches of Theoretical Talents of the Ministry of Propaganda, National May Day Labor Medal Winner, National Outstanding Teacher, National Master of Curriculum Civics and Government Teaching, Special Allowance of the State Council, Chief Expert of Major Projects of the National Social Science Foundation, and Specially Appointed Expert of Taishan Scholar. In recent years, he has published more than 300 academic papers in high-level journals at home and abroad, such as IEEE Transactions series and Economic Studies, and has been selected as one of the highly cited scientists in Corevantage Global Highly Cited Scientists for four consecutive years (2018-2021) and Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholars for seven consecutive years (2014-2020). He is also the first person to be awarded the third prize of the Eighth Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education (Humanities and Social Sciences) and the first prize of the Outstanding Achievement Award for Social Sciences in Shandong Province. He is also the executive director of several national societies such as the Chinese Society for Quantitative Economics and the associate editor-in-chief or editorial board member of several international journals such as Information Sciences.

He will introduce the direction of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the key points and considerations for writing each part of the application form, and the key points of the evaluation of NSFC.
