Yu Biying is the winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, the winner of the Outstanding Youth Foundation of Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and the winner of the Young Teacher Fund of Huo Yingdong Education Foundation.Invited to serve as Associate Editor of Asian Transport Studies Journal and Assistant Editor of Applied Energy Journal.He is also the deputy secretary general and executive director of the Energy Economy and Management Branch of China "Double Law" Research Association.Long-term work in the research and teaching of energy and environmental management.He has presided over or mainly participated in more than 10 projects, including the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, the National Key Research and Development Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China Innovation Research Group Project.He has published more than 40 academic papers in well-known journals such as Nature Energy,Nature Communications, a sub-journal of Nature.A number of research results have been selected in the Nature Journal Highlights Research (Research Highlights) and got attention, and have been reported by more than 60 mainstream media in more than 20 countries, such as The Times, The Guardian and People's Daily Online.Co-authored and published 4 Chinese-British and Japanese monographs.Completed more than 10 policy consultation reports adopted by central departments to directly support decision-making by government departments.Won 1 provincial and ministerial-level second prize.Five authorized patents and 29 software Copyrights were approved.

The report will face global climate governance and China's major strategic needs for tackling climate change, and put forward a self-protection strategy of win-win cooperation among all countries, as well as a specific path for China to achieve the 2060 carbon neutrality goal.
