Introduction to the keynote speaker: Zhang Long, PhD of the University of New South Wales, associate professor, doctoral supervisor and department director of the Department of Business Administration of the School of Business Administration of Hunan University, winner of the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Youth Fund, member of the 13th Changsha Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, deputy editor of Chinese Management Studies, tens of millions of non-party talents in Hunan Province, expert of the National CTTI Think Tank, Yuelu scholar of Hunan University The first batch of young teachers' lift plan and excellent youth cultivation plan of Hunan University. He has published more than 20 SSCI and CSSCI papers at home and abroad, including Journal of Management, among which 3 papers have won high citation from ESI. Introduction to the report content: The qualitative research method has attracted the attention of more and more organization and management scholars in recent years because of its remarkable advantages in exploring the psychological state, behavior, process and meaning construction of the subjects under natural conditions. Take "3W+1H" as the research framework to define qualitative research (i.e. "what" or "what"), why qualitative research methods should be applied in organizational management research (i.e. "why" or "why"), and when organizational management scholars need to use qualitative research methods (i.e. "when" or "when"), And how to use qualitative research methods (i.e. "how to do" or "how") in the research of organizational management to systematically elaborate.
