Introduction:
Platform economy refers to a new commercial economic form in which online retailers (such as JingDong or Su Ning) act as trading platforms to connect upstream suppliers and downstream buyers. Suppliers can sell products directly to customers by paying fixed entry fees and transaction commissions to online retailers. This paper studies whether online retailers are willing to share demand information with upstream suppliers, and suppliers consider the decision interaction mechanism of whether to establish commission channels on existing retail channels.
