In order to further implement the overall deployment of the pre-job training of newly hired graduate tutors in 2024 and improve the training level of top innovative talents in the School of Management, the 2024 experience sharing meeting was held in conference room 234 of the main building of Zhongguancun Campus. Professor Li Jinlin was invited to share the special topic. More than 20 people including new graduate supervisors attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Professor Zhang Xiang.

Zhang Xiang pointed out that in recent years the school graduate enrollment scale has significant growth, departments at all levels attach great importance to the graduate training quality, so the annual new graduate tutor experience sharing meeting is particularly important. Prof. Li Jinlin shared a detailed experience on the theme of "How to improve the quality of graduate training", made a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of national strategic needs, the overall planning of the university and the school, and put forward guidance and suggestions for the new graduate supervisors. Li Jinlin mentioned that he hoped that every newly hired graduate supervisor would be a guide for the growth of graduate students, a pioneer in the motherland, and a contributor to the construction of a strong education country.

After the sharing, the participating teachers had an in-depth exchange and discussion on graduate training, enrollment and other issues, and all the questions raised were answered in detail. This meeting won the unanimous praise of the participating teachers!
