May 28, 2019, Beijing Institute of Technology - Georgia Institute of Technology - Manchester University Technology Innovation Joint Laboratory foreign experts Associate Professor Jan Youtie, Georgia Institute of Technology, Professor Philip Shapira of the University of Manchester, Associate Professor Scott W. Cunningham of the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and the entire doctoral and graduate students in Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory conducts in-depth academic exchanges in the conference room 418 of the main building, and conducts on-site guidance on doctoral and graduate thesis.
According to the advice of foreign experts, doctoral students in the Knowledge Management and Data Analysis Laboratory produced posters on the previous research work to interact with foreign experts. The poster session was a success. PhD student Huang Heng gave a report titled "TextCNN-driven Analysis of Full-text Citation", which introduced the full-text citation sentiment analysis method based on TextCNN. Dr. Li Rongrong used "Improved technology R&D partner selection method based on SAO semantic analysis from the the theory of technology similarity” to introduce the technology research and development partner selection method based on technical similarity; the doctoral student Han Xiaoying introduced the technology of integrating SAO network and opportunity identification method of link prediction with "Technology opportunity analysis: combining SAO networks and link prediction" ; PhD student Wang Zhinan gave a wonderful report entitled "Measuring Impact of the Emerging Topics within a Domain", introducing the measurement method of emerging topic influence; PhD student Qiao Yali, with "Measuring Technology Complementarity Between Enterprises with an hLDA Topic Model”, introduced the enterprise technology complementarity measurement method based on hLDA theme model; PhD student Liu Xiaoyu introduced research with the topic "Research on Reviewer Recommendation Model for Scientific Research Projects"; doctoral student Zhang Shuo, with "How pharmaceutical innovation evolves: the path from science to technological development to marketable drugs", described the analysis method for the evolution of drug innovation .
