Tian Xiaoying: I joined Jiaduobao in 2007. In 11 years and a half, I have not only witnessed the development and innovation of Jiaduobao, but also gained a lot of practical experience. Our HR responds to the company's development strategy and has made different excellent practices in different periods, such as our system improvement, corporate culture construction, performance mechanism design, training system and talent development system construction, salary system adjustment, strategic upgrade, and so on. We have won many HR best practice honors. These practices have greatly enriched my practical experience, and I also accumulated a lot of knowledge and skills.
In the years I worked, I returned to my alma mater to carry out systematic MBA study, which played a very important role in the accumulation of my professional knowledge. It was a milestone in my study. In my spare time, I also read a variety of books and participate in a variety of learning activities, such as attending psychology training, HR forums, etc., constantly rethinking, summarizing and improving my professional knowledge and skills to meet the company's growing needs.
In the face of changing internal and external environments, we need to continuously learn to update our professional knowledge, enrich our professional skills to meet the needs of our work practice, and also need us to continuously sum up experience from the work practice.
