At 3 pm on November 28, 2018,“SME TeachersTalk (No. 2) • Young Teacher Tells the Stories of Struggle” was successfully held in the administrative building 123 of Liangxiang Campus. Gao Ang, a Teacher of Excellence, director of the Human Resources Department of the School of Management and Economics, and more than 20 outstanding undergraduates participated in this exchange. The event was lectured by Gao You, with the theme of "Thoughts on University Life", focusing on three aspects: study experience, university life and post-graduation planning.
Gao shared the experience of studying at Tsinghua University, and used calculus as an example to describe the gap between himself and "curve wreckers", which caused the students to resonate. He talked about the hard work of the enviable strong people in the school, and told the students that the best way to shorten the gap is to work diligently, grasp the effective learning time, and constantly challenge their limits. He motivated the students to maintain a positive attitude after finding the distance, and to set goals and strive to improve themselves.
