Recently, the School of Management held a 2024 recruitment summary meeting in 240, the main building of Zhongguancun Campus. Tang Baojun, Dean of the School of Management, Yan Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Liu Hao, Guan Hong, Zhang Xiang, Chen Xiang, Ye Xuanting and all the pilot teachers attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Che Huiquan, the deputy secretary and vice dean.

Che Huiquan has made a summary report on the annual enrollment work in 2024. According to the "spring ploughing action" plan, the school focused on the arrangement and deployment of the recent enrollment work, implemented the four-stage strategic deployment of "sowing" "diligent farming", "enriching" and "fruit picking", encourage the pilot teachers to carry out regular publicity, accurate analysis, and focus on high-quality students.

Dean Tang Baojun presented the certificate to the outstanding Pilot of Beijing Institute of Technology in 2024. Qi Chun, representative of outstanding Pilot and leader of Jiangxi recruitment, then shared his recruitment experience.

Dean Tang Baojun expressed her gratitude to all the pilots for their hard work in 2025. She stressed that in the process of enrollment, all staff should cooperate with communication, promote teamwork, and better serve the central work of the school.

Secretary Yan Zhijun concluded that the enrollment work is an important part of the school's talent training work, and the enrollment work should be transformed into internal motivation to strive for new and greater breakthroughs. He thanked all the pilot teachers for their enthusiasm and looked forward to a new level of enrollment in 2025.
