From November 22 to 24, 2024, the final of the 9GROth Chinese University Students Human Resources Innovation Practice Competition (HRU) was successfully held in Xiong’an New Area, and the team of Beijing Institute of Technology won the group grand prize again! It is worth mentioning that this is also the fifth time that BIT has won the group grand prize of the competition!

The School of management teacher Yang Yan, Yang Tian’an, Deng Jianwei, Huang Jiping formed a guidance team. With aims to cultivate critical, subversive and innovative thinking talents, to develop personalized growth plan and targeted reinforcement promotion plan, the student players’ professionalism, teamwork and leadership is significantly enhanced.

With the theme of "Cultivating, training and adapting to compound talents for the development of new quality productivity", this HRU Competition is divided into seven competitions: group discussion, practical design, digital HR practice, workplace practice, case analysis, labor dispute settlement, and HR-English. the captain of the group, 2022 undergraduate Li Jialin gave an opening speech in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei competition as a student representative. 2022 undergraduate Dai Jiale as a student representative attended the college students' employment guidance round table discussion. The young students of Beijing Institute of Technology showed their innovative consciousness and practical spirit, which fully demonstrates the achievements of our school in talent training.
