On February 25,2022, the fifth lecture of "Master Teacher Lecture-Graduate Education Reform and Innovation Lecture Series" was held in the 317 of the main building.Professor Han Botang, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Management and Economics and a national master teacher, was invited to give a teaching lecture entitled "Several issues on the construction of teaching materials". Dean Wang Zhaohua, Secretary Yan Zhijun, Vice Dean Zhang Xiang, Zhao Xian and more than 40 teachers attended the lecture online and offline.The lecture was hosted by Associate Professor Deng Jianwei.
In this lecture, Professor Han Botang analyzed the background of the textbook construction, which should seize the key opportunity of the transition of the education system.The reform of knowledge structure is an important part of the education system reform. The most important reform of knowledge structure is the curriculum reform, and the focus of the curriculum reform is the construction of teaching materials.At the same time, the problem of teaching materials also promotes the reform of teaching materials, and in this context, the construction of teaching materials has been highly valued by the Ministry of Education.
After that, Professor Han Botang introduced the writing background of "Management and Operations Research", and highlighted several problems that need to be paid attention to in the compilation of the teaching materials.On the one hand, we should combine the teaching material and the curriculum, study the problems of the curriculum; on the other hand, analyze the existing teaching materials and identify the student need and teaching materials positioning. In the compilation of teaching materials, we should pay attention to closely follow the advanced direction of scientific and technological development, be closely combined with China's reality, to deal with the relationship between theory and application. At the end of the lecture, Professor Han Botang shared his experience when applying for the National Textbook Construction Award, which inspired all the participating teachers.
