Introduction

Education Background:
Xinji Deng is an Associate Professor of SME of BIT. He earned his MA Degree in Business Management from SME of BIT and his BA Degree in Philosophy from Shandong University. Teaching Experience: From May 2001 to present, Associate Professor, Vice-Chair of Dep. of Public Administration, Doctoral Advisor of SME of BIT Jul 1985-Apr 2001, Lecturer and researcher School of Humanities and Social Science Publications: Pro.Deng has been author or co-editor of a couple of books, including Economic activities and international customs Dictionary, sino-foreign shipping business, new leadership, human resource development and management. He has also published over 30 papers in core journals. Project: In recent years, Pro.Deng has hosted and participated in seven projects including planning and appraisal of High-tech Parks in Zibo City, Beijing Administration and decision-making system reform and construction of hearing system. |
