Recently, Mr.Deng Xinxin from the Department of Human Resources Management of our school and partners published “When and how does team task conflict spark team innovation? A contingency perspective”in Journal of Business Ethics. Mr.Deng Yingxin is the first author of the paper, and the collaborators are Professor Lin Weipeng at the School of Management of Shandong University, and researcher Li Guiquan at the School of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences of Peking University.
Journal of Business Ethics (JBE) is one of the 50 important business school journals rated by Financial Times (FT 50), a 5-year impact factor of 7.83. FT50 is used to evaluate the research ability of business schools, with high international recognition and an important basis for Financial Times ranking.
